CROSSFIT

These are hour long high intensity group classes built around the principles of proper movement in strength training, basic gymnastics, and endurance conditioning. Coaches work with each member to adapt the workout safely to meet their fitness needs.

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp classes are included in a CrossFit membership or can be done as a stand-alone program. They are high-intensity workouts without the heavy weights. The perfect option if you’re just starting out or want to focus on conditioning for weight loss, injury recovery, or just want a break from weight training.

Training that’s perfect for friends, families, or individuals wishing to work out on their own schedule. Sessions are tailored to meet the group or individual’s fitness level and goals, and everyone receives one-on-one attention and feedback from the coach.
